Akva warranty terms require you to add Akva conditioner (not another brand) every year.

 Twelve months' Blue Magic waterbed conditioner formulated for lasting protection in a 8oz (238ml) bottle (sometimes we have to supply as 2 x 4oz bottles). Blue Magic conditioner is specially developed to keep the water fresh by repressing the growth of bacteria, reduces air bubble formation and protects against drying.

Just add the conditioner to your waterbed mattress once a year and the conditioners' special properties look after the rest. Blue Magic water bed conditioner is suitable and recommended for all mattresses except Akva.

Waterbed Vinyl Cleaner - Blue Magic

Price: £12

Cleans and conditions the outside of your waterbed mattress. It keeps your mattress supple and prevents the vinyl drying, cracking and oxidating. Vinyl cleaner is made by Blue Magic (they occasionally change the bottle design) and comes in an 8oz+ spray bottle. If we don't have Blue Magic in stock we reserve the right to substitue another spray vinyl cleaner of similar 250ml size and value.

Used regularly this cleaner helps slow the ageing process that causes waterbed vinyl to stiffen and crack. Body perspiration, oils, many cosmetics can pass through the sheet and mattress protector and collect on the mattress vinyl. If the mattress is not cleaned on a regular basis, these substances can cause serious damage to the vinyl which results in a shorter life expectancy.

Waterbed Air Extractor

Screw on the waterbed air extractor at the mattress valve and begin pumping. The air is then sucked out of your mattress, allowing a perfect nights' sleep. Easy to use with any waterbed mattress. Extractor make may vary from that pictured.

Akva Quiet - Bubble Stop

Removes air from the water mattress. 40g bottle absorbs about 10 litres of air. Helps stop that swishing sound and is Akva's equivalent of the liquid buble stop.

Akva Waterbed Heater

New Akva Carbon Classic Heater in new smaller flat carbon style (not like picture) this heating system combines the latest technology allowing minimum energy consumption. The Akva heater can be set between 25 and 35 degrees C with built in sensor will keep the waterbed at the chosen temperature when you are in bed.

The heating element is sealed has a childproof power supply and temperature regulator. 5 year manufacturers guarantee suitable for softsided beds. (Note AKVA not longer do the old rubber Vital heaters as shown in the picture.)
