Between us all we have about 75 years of sleeping on waterbeds between us and about 40 years of retail waterbed experience. We therefore have selected products we know and can trust and have kept profits and overheads at a minimum in orer to give you good quality products at great prices.

Shipping Times and Pricing

Shipping price is shown next to each item and applies to Mainland UK locations. If you live on a remote island or mainland Europe then other than Accessories please check with us for a shipping price if not shown.
Acesssories and most small items are kept in stock and will be shipped/booked in for collection next full working day - either by Royal Mail 2nd class or more likely by tracked courier MyHermes and tracking info will be emailed to you by them. Waterbeds, waterbed mattresses and large items such as ziptop covers will vary in delivery schedule from next day to 6 weeks and information is given in each section.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and returnall non-bespoke goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
